November 21 – Ocean Mist Cottages 3rd Annual Christmas Extravaganza – 12PM – 8PM – Ocean Mist Cottages, Lockeport.

November 22 – 10AM - MAD ”Making a Difference” Dash - 5 or 10 km walk or run to benefit NSCC Student Awards Nova Scotia Community College, Shelburne Campus, 1575 Lake Road Registration is through the Running Room. http://www.events.runningroom.com/site/?raceId=9654 Cost $25.00 if registered before November 21st - $30.00 after the deadline.

November 22  - Christmas Craft Fair  10AM – 4PM- Shelburne Fire Hall – Sponsored by the SVFD Ladies’ Auxiliary -Free admission, door prize

November 22 – 6:30 pm – Christmas Parade of Lights – Shelburne - Held rain or stars!

Shelburne Loyalist Food Bank float will gather donations along the parade route -Postie Bear & his elves will be collecting letters to Santa - Roseway River 4H will be selling hot chocolate along the parade route

November 23 – Christmas House Tour – HOUSE-TOUR-POSTER-2013- sponsored by the Shelburne Re-enactment Association.

November 23 – Roast Turkey Supper-  Birchtown Community Centre (23 Old Birchtown Road) – 5PM-7PM –  Supper includes roast turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, veggies, tea/coffee/juice and dessert.  Cost is $12/adult and $6/child.

November 23 – Blessing of the Fleet – West Green Harbour Hall – Music, readings and slide show – 7PM – Dress warm for a blessing at the wharf after service.

November 27 – Card Party – Port Saxon Leisure Hour Club – 7:30PM

November 24 – DUMPING DAY – with a late start to the season, our lobstermen/women are slated to put their pots in the water on November 30 – we wish them a safe and prosperous season!

November 29 – Christmas Craft Sale – Shelburne Lion’s Hall – 10AM-2PM

November 29 – Island & Barrington  Christmas Craft Fair – Island & Barrington Fire Hall, Centreville, Cape Sable Island – 10AM
