November 17 – 10AM – 2PM - The Shelburne Re-enactment Association will be animating the Ross Thompson House in Shelburne. Come and see this 18th century home come alive as we display various period and holiday activities including butter churning, spinning, cooking on an open fire where refreshments will be served! Col. Abraham VanBuskirk and his charming wife Jane will be hosting guests from Halifax for a meal and the cellar kitchen will be a flurry of activity preparing their meal. A great opportunity for photographers to snap life in the 18th century with the best of backdrops!
